I firmly believe that personal

growth paves the way for organizational success. This belief led me to explore diverse personal

development trainings and seminars, both locally and abroad.

Amid my quest for self-growth, I serendipitously came across Gallup’s Accelerated Strengths

Coaching Course—an intriguing 4.5-day program that bestows certification as a Gallup-Certified

Strengths Coach.

At first, hesitation gripped me as the course came at a considerable cost, surpassing all my previous training expenses combined. Plus, the timing coincided with my marriage, making the decision even more daunting.

However, as the adage goes, “High risk equals high reward.” And little did I know, this leap of faith would be the most rewarding investment of my life.

Attending the course opened a whole new world where I truly saw myself. It was then that I realized that I wanted to be a Coach. In light of this revelation, I committed myself to becoming a professional coach, enrolling myself in a Christian coaching school, and fully immersing myself in months of education and training.

Amid my months of dedicated education and training, my coach community introduced me to an ingenious people-helping tool—
Points of You.

These captivating tools use pictures, words, and thought-provoking questions to tap into emotions, trigger memories, and offer fresh perspectives. Simply put, it is phototherapy. I even had the honor of being trained by the brilliant creator herself, Efrat Shani.

Since then, I have seamlessly integrated Points of You tools into my practice, employing them within discipleship groups,

and transformative retreats.

My passion and expertise even caught the attention of ABS-CBN’s P-pop group, BGYO, inviting me to coach and support them on their journey.

They have since achieved incredible milestones—countless TV appearances, concerts, mall shows, advertisements, and music videos. This by far is my favorite:

Embracing the Path of Christian Life and Career Coaching

My journey into Christian Life and Career coaching heavily started with the influence of my profound Christian background.

At the age of 24, I encountered Christ through my discipleship group leader.  Seeking fulfillment in life, it took two years of personal struggle before I made a bold decision to step into faith. Through this profound encounter with our Lord and Savior, I learned that you can never out-faith God; if you remain faithful, He is even more faithful. In just a few months of obeying blindly, God blessed me beyond measure, leading me to pledge to serve Him wholeheartedly.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunities provided by my church, the Christian Bible Church of the Philippines (CBCP), especially during my early days as a baby Christian. My first significant ministry exposure involved immersing in the Aeta community in the mountains.

Another chance to serve came as I volunteered for the Student Center Ministry beside the Philippine Institute of Quezon City (PIQC). Guiding these growing teenagers in their faith journey became my passion, driven by the memory of lacking guidance during my youth.

Though faced with initial challenges brought by being new and naive, I committed to being gifted in discipleship. Over the years, I honed my skills and eventually taught The Essentials of Discipleship Course to the leaders and facilitators of CCF’s Filipino-Chinese Friends Ministry.

In the quest to attract students to bible fellowships amidst competing distractions such as extracurricular activities, gadgets, and the like, I thought of creatively theming our gatherings to what was trending at that time to align with the student’s interests.

The first theme was inspired by the romantic drama ‘The Fault in Our Stars’, and ours became

Realizing that teenagers crave discussions about love and relationships, I crafted the next fellowship, introducing

The turnout was remarkable, making it one of our most attended fellowships.

As we delved into the subject of teenagers and relationships, it was evident that discussing sex was essential. Hence, the perfect theme emerged

This daring and unique theme gained me recognition for hosting out-of-the-box and captivating bible fellowships, resonating exceptionally well with our students.

Such success garnered me invitations to conduct the same fellowship, ’50 Shades of Grace’, at two major youth camps from different churches.

Speaking of camp, one dream I cherished was to have our Student Center kids attend our church’s Youth Camp. I believed it would inspire them to become more involved in church activities. When I was invited to become a counselor in a Youth Camp years back, this was my heartfelt response to the leader:

Fast forward a few years, and through our creative efforts in the Student Center Ministry, God graciously allowed my vision to come true.

From a modest beginning with just a handful of students attending our church,

God has miraculously multiplied their number in just a few years.

Witnessing this incredible growth, our students made their own heartfelt decision to be baptized.

Truly, our God is faithful. Now, as a professional Christian Life and Career Coach, my mission is to help people deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. Through one-on-one Christian Life and Career coaching, team or dgroup strengths sessions,

evangelistic workshops,

retreats,

and team-building activities, I passionately serve and inspire others.

With unwavering anticipation, I await where God will lead and surprise me next. This journey is no accident; it is divinely guided with purpose. It is my honor and privilege to serve you, your team, your discipleship group, or your company according to His will.
To God be the glory.
